Code

Open-source projects and paper implementations.

What I work with

Mostly Python and PyTorch, with NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Jupyter and Hugging Face Transformers. For biology and protein work: Biopython, ESM, FASTA, AlphaFold, Boltz and ColabFold. Git and the Linux command line tie things together.

I’ve also worked with C/C++, Java, Scala, C#, R, SQL, Assembly and VHDL.

Beyond research

During a summer internship at Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva, I improved trading-signal generation in Python, automated reporting across timeframes, and built Flask and R Shiny tools to bring signal retrieval and workflows together.

I’ve also supported students at EPFL in Modern Natural Language Processing (CS-552) and Theory of Computation (CS-251), from weekly coding and exercise sessions to supervising and grading 12 NLP project groups.
